Todays needs (crappy poem)

T-shirts greeting cards and rain drops
They don't stop they don't stop they don't stop
We always need T-shirts greeting cards and rain drops
I want some I need some I hate some
society created and I hated
my T-shirts greeting cards but not rain drops

Baby steps

Today, I decided to get my fingers wet and learn a few new things about blogging. As in the how to do this and how to do that type of things. There are certainly alot of things one can do with a blog, and I don't intend to learn them all. I would like to learn everything that will help me accomplish my goals though.

Free Weights 101-Home Gyms

Free Weights 101-Home Gyms: "1. First off get yourself a good power rack, I recommend doing a little searching find one that has as many spotters setting as possible. (These are the drilled holes you see in the four support posts) Also, make sure that it can accommodate and/or has extra accessories like a lat attachment for pull down type exercises, dip bars, weight holders, pull up bar, and dumbbell holders. (When purchasing, be sure that you have enough ceiling clearance some power racks can be quite tall.) Before I go on let me explain your need for a power rack. A power rack assists you basically by acting as a dummy spotter this means you can work out alone with free weights Safely no human spotters are necessary"
